What counts as a food group?
Food Group Goals  
Dairy Goal is 3 dairy foods daily.
Whole Grains Goal is 3 or more whole grains (for a total of 6 grains) daily.
Vegetables Goal is 5 servings of vegetables daily.
Fruits Goal is 3 fruits daily.
Protein Foods Goal is 5 ounces protein (about 2-3 servings) daily.
