Food Group Servings Goals
Dairy Goal is 3 servings of dairy daily.
Whole Grains Goal is 3 servings of whole grains daily.
Vegetables Goal is 5 servings of vegetables daily.
Fruits Goal is 3 servings of fruit daily.
We can’t picture every food above, but Fuel Up to Play 60 recommends choosing foods from all food groups.
